Biography

Hi, thanks for visiting my website!  I am excited to help you with all your real estate goals. 

Since I have been working with buyers and sellers for over 20 years, I have the experience to help you get what you want when you want it . Recently I am specializing in DOWNSIZING, for those who want to sell their large homes and simplify their lives with a stylish, low maintance home to enjoy. I can cut through the red tape and help you with every level of the real estate process.  I am well known for acurate pricing to get your home SOLD quickly; then, on the other side, I listen carefully to buyers and what they really want so I can find their home in the shortest time possible. If you are looking for amenities with you new home, I will find you developments that offer more than a roof over your head, but some acitvities for you to enjoy. 

My qualifications range from receiving a bachelor of science degree from Western Michigan University to raising 4 children. My husband and I have moved  around the country and lived in about 8 different homes. So I know first hand what you go through. I am continually upgrading my education in the real estate field with a Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation, my Accredited Buyers Representative certificate and becoming a Certified Residentail Specialist. I also have worked with international real estate trainers who have trained and coached the top real estate professionals around the world.
