I notified my customer who has been looking for a home for over a year that there was a new listing for him to drive by and we should make an appointment to view it as soon as possible. We met that very day in the early afternoon and they agreed that this was a great buy. I wrote an offer and then heard there were 4-5 more offers coming in. He listened to every suggestion I made and followed through by offering the amount that he was comfortable with and qualified for, and with my experience of working with multiple offers presented it to the selling broker. They also went to the bank and got a letter of pre-qualification and we faxed it over with the offer. The very next morning, I received word that our offer was the one they chose to counter and we agreed to the counter. We are now excited about buying this great house in Chattanooga and will be closing on it at the end of the month.
